Preview of my next series

Mary Ingalls on Her Own by Elizabeth Cody Kimmel - I read everything about Laura Ingalls Wilder and grabbed this book.  It's a good guess inside of Mary's mind in the first few months that she was at the School for the blind.  That said, no one really knows what was going on inside Mary's mind.  I like fan fiction and that's what this seems like, however Mary did exist so I'm not sure we should be assigning thoughts and feelings to her without knowing her thoughts.

The last Sweet Valley University book

Secret Love Diaries: Sam - Let's see he's chasing after Lila, Liz, and a cute girl from his class that he can't figure out her name for the first half of the book.  I see how it's true love.  And going to a bar inspires him to become a documentary director.  Because so many people make a living this way.  I just want to send Sam back where he came from.

Actual informative reading

"Teenage Girls" by Ginny Olson.  Written for youth workers it's an interesting look at the issues facing teenage girls.  Some topics I thought I knew "Why do girls go to the bathroom in groups?" to the generation one and a half that I've never heard of.  If you have any chance to be around girls I'd recommend it as a must read.

Is Sophmore year supposed to be more normal

University Thriller Edition "Very Bad Things"  It's like a combination of "The Evil  Twin" and "Murder in Paradise"  Evil girl decides to take have drastic plastic surgery so that she looks completely different so that the guy she's stalking will love her.  But Jess is in her way so she must get rid of her through witchcraft.  It just feels like a retread of other Super Thrillers.
