Well, I typed for 20 minutes and just managed to delete everything - please join my in a glass of whine for a second as I try to remember what I typed.

And if I were her, I 'd be a little surprised if a guy who I've never met asked me out on national tv. (Though if you are a guy reading this - if I knew the guy I'd probably have a different reaction.)
I was reading "On Edge" by Jon Jackson. It has some interesting behind the scenes look at what goes on at a figure skating competition. Though it seems impossible that Jackson believes that all men are hitting on him all the time. And he acts very gossipy & coy about which skaters would like to hit on him. Giving some people pseudonyms. But if this was true, why would it be needed? Or is this his way of passing on urban legends without having to back them up with facts.

I spoke with the youth director at Trinity today. She likes the idea of camping together. I think things are coming together. I am so happy about that. I guess Laura is right. I want to take teenagers to a Christian weekend - why wouldn't God be trying to help me? I just never expect it.
